Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology at the University of Cape Coast (UCC) and a Master of Science in Economics at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He is a monitoring and evaluation specialist with experience in project management, research, and monitoring and evaluation of projects related to good governance in the public and private sector. His work spans various themes such as in election, health, education, gender and women empowerment, budget tracking, natural resources, social interventions and local governance.
He has spearheaded project planning, evaluation, monitoring and reporting and produced and distributed M&E reports to organizational management and donors. Good with developing systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered by the Projects. He has expertise in developing outcome harvesting tools, other data collection tools, evaluation processes, and performance indicators to facilitate more accurate and efficient M&E results. An expert in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis and is well vexed in the use of statistical software in the analysis and visualization of raw data.
